The rooms were very nice and clean. Air-conditioning and quiet rooms were a plus. The big parking lot at the back of the hotel was convenient.
The breakfast was not edible, possibly the worst ever. The lights in the room were very dim and the toilet was cramped into a corner, making it uncomfortable.

Clean and cozy rooms with a comfy bed. the location, though isolated, is surrounded by beautiful scenery. the casino has a wide selection of games that kept us entertained.
The breakfast was underwhelming, with tasteless food and limited options. the staff seemed to be indifferent towards us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, clean, and quiet. The hotel facilities were great, including air conditioning and a big parking lot at the back. The location was convenient, as it was not far from Gmund main square and close to the border. The staff, especially the friendly reception girl, spoke good English and provided excellent service. We had no problem with a late check-in and were even able to enjoy an early breakfast.
Can't fault anything about it.

Parking is available at the back of the hotel, providing convenience with vehicles.
The breakfast leaves much to be desired, with some guests finding it inedible.
